My name is Jennifer Rowe and I'll be your blogmistress today.  A little bit about me, in no particular order; I'm a proud Canadian, loving mom and caring wife.  Together my husband and I have a beautiful 5 year old boy, Gabriel.  Gardening, reading, playing Pathfinder and Munchkin, following the Fatosphere and Shakesville, organizing Pagan Pride in the fall, and performing the Vagina Monologues in the winter keeps me pretty busy.  I have a B.A in English and a certificate in Community Economic and Social Development (this is like social work meets environmental studies meets activism and feminism).  I'm a practising Pagan and am probably the most crunchy granola feminist you'll ever meet.

Comments aren't moderated because honestly, I don't think it's necessary, but if it should become necessary I wont hesitate to do it.  Be respectful and you'll be fine.  Content will range from fat acceptance and health at every size politics, science, debate and just general commentary to the occasional post about gardening, school and possibly geekery.
