Hello Fatosphere (and other wonderful readers!) Is anyone having trouble with commenting? Or is my writing just so pitifully boring that noone wants to add anything? A friend sent me a screen shot of the captcha yesterday that had some kind of far-eastern font. If that happens to you, there's the option to refresh and get a new captcha.
I'm doing NaNoWriMo, so much less time for reading anything, let alone commenting. Not that I'm a regular commenter, but I do read. Which means I'm kinda a lurker. Sorry. :)
Captchas and ReCaptchas are fairly hard for visually impaired, hearing impaired, and other sensory processing impairments. I know it's important to cut down on spam and abusive comments, but a lot of people like me have to use a third party service in order to solve Captchas and comment. Or forgo commenting altogether
People don't tend to comment on all but the most popular sites I find. I wouldn't take it personally!
You weren't kidding about these being hard to read! I can't use the one that I currently have. On refreshing it's back to normal, but I swear I had something in Russian there.

My captcha had an umlaut! I don't know how to make those with the keyboard.
There, I ditched the Captcha for now. I'll have to keep a closer eye on spam.
