Last night while bemoaning the state of my feet and non-ankles due to swollenness I figured out why women's water breaks; we've just got so much water in our bodies we're saturated and POP! that's the end! Ry and I had a good laugh over that one. It's going to be very hot and sunny here today so me and Gabe are staying in for most of the day until it cools off around dinner time, then headed back to the lake. Yesterday we went and had a nice long swim and it was good times despite my enormous belly. I was definitely the most pregnant lady at the beach and I even heard someone say "Wow she's pregnant" as I walked by from the change rooms. Yes, yes I am. But not for much longer!
I hope your weekend is full of wonderful. If anything interesting happens with my pregnancy I'll try to update!

I was lucky never to experience the major swelling some pregnant women do, but then again, I was lucky never to be at term in August! Whew. My sympathies to you!
Glad you are swimming; research shows that's a really good way of helping your body deal with edema in pregnancy. Eating very ripe cucumbers and watermelon is also helpful, so I've heard.
This may be a good time to go see a movie during the heat of the day! Great way to justify being in AC, and it's good to have something to take your mind off being so pregnant.
I remember seeing a re-release of one of the Star Wars movies when I was heavily pregnant with my second child. Went into labor the next day...but it was a great way to distract myself the night before!
I think I watched Star Wars or 3 (the new releases) like, the day before Gabe was born, but we were at home. I had seen Superman in the theatre recently as well but it was so loud everytime there was an explosion or something the baby jumped.
It's a good stage!
Incredibly cool! I assistance your view!
